Dear Author,
As you are already aware, MMWaTT2009 papers are intended to be indexed in the IEEE Xplore® database subject to compliance with the IEEE requirements. Therefore, we encourage you collaborate in formatting your paper(s) accordingly.

In order to index your paper in IEEE Xplore® you should prepare a proper IEEE Xplore®-compatible PDF and resubmit it following the instructions:

1. Create your manuscript as the format given here.
2. Proofread and check layout of manuscript (it is highly recommended that you do this BEFORE going to IEEE PDF eXpress™).
3. Use the IEEE PDF eXpress™ web site to generate an IEEE Xplore®-compatible PDF. The PDF eXpress™ site contains instructions, resources, helpful hints, and access to technical support.
4. Go to the IEEE PDF eXpress™ Login Page. Click on the link "New Users - Click Here" and fill in your information. You will need the Conference ID which is: mmwatt2009x. Create an IEEE PDF eXpress™ account.
5. Upload the source file for Conversion, and/or PDF for Checking.
6. Upon completion of uploading your file for conversion, and/or PDF checking and if your file is IEEE compatible you will receive a confirmation number from IEEE PDF eXpress™ and also your final PDF.
   • You will have the opportunity to revise your submission if you are not satisfied with the PDF that PDF eXpress creates for you, or if the system finds problems with your paper, or if your PDF fails the PDF Check.
   • If there is a problem with your file, you will receive an e-mail detailing the problem(s).

7. Go to the Paper Submission page and upload your IEEE Xplore®-compatible PDF by Feb 11, 2010.
8. Fill and sign the IEEE Copyright Release Form for each paper and send it (in PDF format or scanned image) together with the related complied PDF file by Feb 11, 2010 to info [at] mmwatt.ir. You can also download a doc format of the Copyright Form from here if you need.
